TalentPay Analytics was created to bring clarity and fairness to compensation conversations in the architecture and engineering fields. We recognize that consulting firms and professionals in specialized disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection often struggle to find reliable pay data. Our goal is to change that by building the most accurate and up-to-date salary benchmarks available.
By collecting anonymous data from industry peers and combining it with trusted market sources, we remove outliers and analyze trends to publish reports that are both comprehensive and nuanced. We believe that access to transparent, data-driven insights empowers individuals, teams and organizations to make informed decisions about compensation, hiring and career development.
Our Commitment to Privacy
We take the confidentiality of your information seriously. All survey responses are stored securely and only aggregated statistics are ever shared publicly. Personal identifiers such as email addresses are kept separate from survey answers and are never sold or shared. Our systems are designed with privacy by default, ensuring that your individual data remains protected throughout the process.
Participation is voluntary, and you can choose whether to provide an email address to receive updates. If you choose to opt in, we only use your contact information to send high-level reports and won't include it in any analyses.
